WGP Ambassadors

Who’s Got Pockets Ambassadors

Help us plant the flag. Get paid for it.

Membership is free to every agent, forever. That means the network is funded by the businesses who want to reach agents — and someone has to go tell them we exist. That someone gets paid.

What an Ambassador actually does

Two things, and you can do one or both.

Lane One

Bring in sponsors

Title reps, escrow officers, lenders, home warranty, photographers, stagers, inspectors, contractors — and brokerages who want their flag on the California map. You introduce them. You get a percentage of what they spend.

Lane Two

Bring in agents

Your office. Your caravan. Your sphere. Agents join free, so this one pays a flat bounty per verified licensed agent — not per signup. Real agents, actually using it.

Lane One — sponsorship commission

Paid monthly on revenue we actually collect. Front-loaded in year one, because year one is when the work happens.

You found them and you closed them

The full rate. Paid in year one and again in year two on the same account.

You made the introduction, Liz closed it

A reduced rate in year one. No work required beyond the introduction.

Bring in more than one and your rate steps up — on everything you have already sold, not just the next one. There are three levels:

Ambassador

1–2 active sponsors

Senior Ambassador

3–5 active sponsors

Founding Ambassador

6+ active sponsors

Plus your name and photo on this page, permanently.

The actual numbers

Rates, tier thresholds and bonus amounts are in the ambassador agreement. Apply below and I will send you the whole thing — every percentage, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Lane Two — agent growth bounty

An agent counts once they’re verified and active: license verified, logged in, and they’ve posted or saved a buyer need within their first 30 days. We count real agents, not email addresses — because a network full of dead accounts is worth nothing to the people in it.

The fine print, up front

  • Paid on collected revenue, not signed contracts. When the sponsor pays, you get paid. Commissions go out monthly; agent bounties are paid quarterly.
  • 90-day clawback. If a sponsor cancels or reverses payment inside 90 days, that commission reverses too.
  • You’re an independent contractor. 1099, twelve-month agreement, 30 days notice from either side. Anything you already earned in year one or year two keeps paying out.
  • Ambassadors don’t set pricing and don’t approve sponsors. Rates and standards are the same for everyone, and paid placement never changes the rules — same MLS rules, same DRE advertising rules, same fair housing standards, at any price.
  • Every agreement is reviewed by counsel before it’s signed. If you hold a real estate license, we’ll walk you through exactly which sponsorship categories you can be compensated on and which ones we handle ourselves. That conversation happens before you sell anything, not after.

Why this exists

For twenty years this industry has been paying to reach its own clients. We’re building the opposite: a network agents never pay for, funded by the businesses who want a fair shot at reaching them. Getting that in front of every brokerage and every vendor in California is more ground than one person covers.

If you already talk to these people every week — and you know an agent who should be in here — you’re the person we’re looking for.

Want in?

Pick your lane below and tell me who you already know. There is no waiting list and no approval queue — once you send this, I email you the Ambassador Agreement with every rate in writing, plus your own referral link so every introduction gets credited to you from day one.

Offices, title or escrow reps, lenders, vendors, agents — whoever you already talk to. A few lines is plenty.
